>Yes, I've felt the presence of God, and I've also felt the presence of evil. God's presence made me feel much better.
Not felt it.
But became overwhelmed by it.
Looked upon the true face of God and discovered the perfect unity of all its attributes.
If you are praying, and feel the distinct separations of people and ideas, then you're not doing it right.
The part of the brain that creates those separations is too active.
You need to surrender all aspects of your ego to God until it disappears and all that's left is the One.
You don't ask questions, or favors.
You allow your mind to act naturally according to God's perfect will, rather than your normal brain processes.
That's the purpose of prayer.
Ask the guy who gives sermons at your church.
