Thanks Vlad. If the truth be known, I copied (with conversion of course) the function call from an FPW 2.6 app that was calling a DOS based compression program. In Win 3.1, if the DOS window wasn't active the program stopped. Naturally, this wasn't desirable and setting the height, width, etc. allowed me to control the size of the Window.
