Everyone is talking about them running up the score in the last two games, but supposedly it's done all the time in basketball. Supposedly there's always too much chance of an injury and the other team taking control and then it's over. I don't recall that ever happening although I admit I don't watch all the college basketball games, just the ones I'm interested in :o)

>I think some people were calling Davidson a potential spoiler before the tournament. They sure have been, along with several others. And I bet a lot of programs are regretting not recruiting Stephen Curry. His dad played in the NBA so I'm not sure how he slipped under the radar.

>Is anyone down there talking about the Tar Heels running up the score? OK, Mt. St. Mary's was crazy to try to run with them, but was it really necessary to score over 100 points two games in a row?
>
>Oh, well. I am sure they would rather be in their position than Duke's <g>. Did you make a Blue Devil voodoo doll or something?

>>The biggest upset so far has been Davidson College over Georgetown. Wow, quite an accomplishment for little ol Davidson!

>>>>Go UNC Tarheels! So far, so good! :o)

>>>>So how are your picks doing? Which teams do you think will make it through to the next round in the NCAA tournament?
>>>
>>>My pick is doing great. Memphis over Michigan, then next victim. I think we'll make the final 4 at the very least.
