I am just starting to design a simple inventory database for a small nursery "no bar codes all user input" I need a simple way to move the inventory from Bulbs to veg growth to flowering and finally to floor and or sales etc..... in other words minus out of 1 database and add to another.............

I have done other stuff like this but mostly at the form level and for single user databases.

Any ideas would be helpful.
