Recently I received a report from Google research team stating that there is a potentially malicious software on my web site. They even show it now if you google my web site, saying something like "going to this web site can damage your computer."

I have contacted the company where I host my web site. The tech support, after a couple of messages back and forth, elevated my issue to the system administrator.

Today I received an email from the support of the hosting company, I can see by the subject of the message pointing to the correct Ticket #. From what I can see, it seems to be a very legitimate message. However I cannot open it. Whenever I click on the message in my Outlook AVAST (AV) shows a warning message that A Virus Was Found!. I tried choices Delete, Move to chest, No action but to no avail. I cannot see what the message from tech support says, no can I make AVAST ignore it.

Any suggestions?
