>>>Is there anything out there that can be used with PRGs (and possibly code in methods) that give more functionality that the native Foxpro editor? Specifically, I would like to have something that could collapse/expand IF/ENDIF, DO CASE/ENDCASE, etc. When working with legacy code especially this would be a great tool to have.

I don't know about collapse/expand. It will find matching IF/ENDIF pairs, which is a feature I found useful when working with some old, nasty code. (Other people's old, nasty code!)
