I don't think I wrote any where that I am voting for Obama :o) I'm still researching all 3 candidates :o) Besides, if know me at all, you know I favor libertarian policies more than either of the two big parties. Also, let's be clear that I NEVER gave him a pass for that whole mess! :o) I just think that the Clinton mess today (well last week) will do far more damage to her campaign. (BIG GRIN) :o)

>>I think at this point, it could go either way, but definitely Obama or McCain. I think Obama will probably win unless he really does something to implode (that can be attributed to him).

>This is one problem we are having. Those of you who are ready to vote for Obama, are giving him a pass for lying.

>He was asked "point blank", if he had ever heard his preacher say the things he had heard on the videos, and he replied, in several venues, that he had not. A few days later, he changed his story and tried to pass the racist off as a crazy old uncle. We don't choose our uncles, we do choose our pastors. He stayed in that church for 20 years hearing all that hatred being spewed and it has apparently had a profound influence on him, his wife and his kids. Why do you think he won't wear a little flag lapel pin or salute the flag? Isn't that behavior congruous with his pastor's beliefs? Why do you think his wife said she had never been proud of this country until it looked like her husband had a shot at being elected president? Once again, that notion jives with the preacher's concept of a rich, white controlled America.

>I don't know about you, but he makes me very uncomfortable. If he will lie about little things, he will have no problem lying about the big stuff.
