Not really - this happened with some generated html, and the resize via mouse wheel worked on some elements while it didn't work on others. I later found out that those under style control didn't resize, while others did.

I have no clue. Maybe mapping font sizes and adjusting by a percentage in the internal styles collection (which is what I ended up doing, because I had to have resizing, if not by wheel, then by button).

And actually I wouldn't know - I'm not using IE at all. Browser control only, when needed, and the IeTab which, I figure, also uses browser control.
