I didn't say "he tries to punish the community", but "if there was", then "a part of the strategy". Even in this hypothetical, I wouldn't credit him as strategist. But just look who is he after: Whil, the guy who incurred the wrath of M$ after saying "VFP+Linux, mmmmmm".
