Goto Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragmenter

Click on Select Volumnes...

Your Ready Boost Stick should show up as some form of Non Volatile Cache.

Did your stick come with any drivers if so they may be needed for proper operation.

I have seen some machines with onboard Non Volatile Cache use an Intel Turbo Memory Controler
