Dragan,
Well I've tried
<font-size:4>
in my HTML and it still does not react to the Ctrl+Mousewheel event!

Yuri,
Are your versions of IE and OS different from mine?

This is driving me nuts since I KNOW at one time (a long while back) this used to work for me and knowing that others can make it work is even more frustrating. Here's another fly in the ointment. I know that the UT site did not react to the Ctrl+mousewheel event before. Before when I'm not sure. But guess what? Now that I try it in IE7, it does indeed grow shrink with the mousewheel!
