The problem with Wizards is that you don't have a direct access to the Next, etc. buttons in the property sheet. I guess I may try to add attributes in the code, but I haven't tried.
Anyway, for that particular wizard and radio button list I just used required validator and it worked fine.
But how can I add one summary validation for all pages (so, if user somehow skipped a page, I still validate it), it's not yet clear for me.
