Just curious, out of all you who have done client/server apps, how does your client access the connection string most of the time? Do you have the app read a config, file, the registry, a local .ini type file, and do you give them the option to type one in?

What is the most common way to get the connection string for the client app to connect to a local Sql Server or Express or a remote server is I guess what I am asking.
