Probably - I had to code around that problem, using browser object's DOM to actually recalculate and set font sizes for all styles in use, so I got styles, not individual font tags. It still doesn't work with mouse wheel, but at least it does with my a-A buttons.

But then I had full control over HTML on this one ;).
