I think I read somewhere that 20% (or more) of all Medicare fraud comes out of South Florida. Don't get me started on how this came to be but having lived there most of my life I can tell you that things are simply done differently; the corruption at all levels, private and public, is amazing.
And, YES, the company should have been looked into more carefully.
