>I think this is the third year in a row for us to be in the Elite 8. I think this year we will make it to the Final 4 at the very least. Michigan State was supposed to beat us, but we were up by 30 at the half, and wound up winning by 18. Next up . . . Texas

Us? We? ;-)

Yes, mighty impressive showing. It will be interesting to see how the Memphis-Texas game goes. Not really fair that Memphis, the #2 overall seed in the tournament, has to play it in Houston, but the best teams usually find a way to win regardless of circumstances. Texas is a good team, too. Stanford is not bad themselves and Texas mashed them.

All the pretenders are gone now (see ya later, Big 10) and IMO everyone left has a chance to win it. All four top seeds are still going, along with one #2 and two #3's. And the other last team standing, Davidson, should have convinced everyone by now that they are more than a Cinderella. I was impressed by the graphic CBS showed during their game last night about Davidson's non-conference schedule. They played Carolina, Duke, UCLA, and NC State. They lost them all but every game was close. You don't win 25 in a row, the nation's current longest streak, against anyone unless you're pretty good. I really love watching Stephen Curry. He is a pure lights-out shooter who can get his shot off in traffic. Wisconsin is a very good defensive team (I will give them that) and they couldn't stop him any more than the two previous teams could.
