Why their schools are worse? Why their environment is worse?

>Race has nothing to do with it. It is the home environment, the neighborhood, the schools, and much much more. My point was that you cannot blame the court system and the police for the disproportionate number of blacks incarcerated (which I understood was your point in posting the link).

>>Do you believe in that "black men inclined to crime" ? Why?

>>Actually I unchecked the chatter section. I just entered this section just about that ban issue... So when I saw John Harvey's commitments I cannot hold mine...
>>
>>I know you will an answer for "why" question in your mind. It will not finish. But the end of the road you will face with racism thing if you a fair person.
>>
>>If black men -really- make crime more than you, there are some racist things must be force them to crime. Because I believe a person cannot be inclined to crime just for his color. You believe that too?
>>
>>>That's up to the people who commit the crimes, not those incarcerating them. As long as a higher proportion of blacks commit crimes, the courts and jails will have a higher proportion of blacks as well.

>>>>>That's BS. Black men get most of the opportunities. If they apply themself, they are almost guaranteed success. Our city government even has "set aside" programs just for the blacks. We pay millions more per year to black contractors for computers than we would pay buying off state contract. The reason - blacks need help. Yeah right! It turns out, these businessmen are just supporters of the mayors. This drives me nuts. I came from relatively humble beginnings, but nobody gave me a leg up. Oh, I forgot, I'm one of those priveleged, white, rich guys. The time has long past to stop giving anyone a boost. Let people compete and may the best qualified win.
