Hard to say. I usually have lots of applications opened, several FireFox instances, several IE (all with multiple tabs). I think this instance had about 8 tabs currently opened, I was reading MS help. Then I noticed that right click on the link didn't work. Then I needed to open gmail to send my colleague some info from my web.config and at this moment IE silently crashed closing all its sessions.

This happened with this computer before.

May be I need to re-start PC more often, I usually just lock computer when I go home...
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
