Here is a simple way to make threads, messages, MS KB articles, FAQs to be autolinks:

message# nnnnnnn
thread# nnnnnnn
FAQ# nnnnnnnn
MSKB# nnnnnnnnn

Not sure if there are other autolinks...

I used to fix all improperly formatted autolinks...
