In the past I made several attempts to make something like read-only Excel file, or hide Excel Menu, protect cells/sheets/workbook, etc. And I was not able to get exactly or all what I needed, basically because of tons of hot-keys that need to be disabled, and it was not clear how. Not to mention that many Excel features, if disabled, need to be enabled back in the code: user cannot enable them back.
