Well I have to admit that most people I work with use NT. But I have a few that are using Novell. I guess most the trouble with Novell is the client and printing. Most people switch from the Novel client to the Microsoft client (although I hear the new Novell 32 bit client is great. Printing appears to be a problem that just will not go away. I have had very good luck with using the direct path "\\servername\printque" in the setup. However, I have read about plenty of horror stories. One other important thing is make sure the tranaction flag on the server IS NOT enabled.
