I don't know. How would you add a vertical border to a report? I have never done it.

But what is weird about this report is when I open it in the designer there is a vertical line outside of the report form. By report form I mean the panel where you place report controls. The vertical line extends from the Group Header separator down to the Group Footer separator. I wonder what is this line for? Can I remove it? Is there a reason for it? I have hundreds of other report but I don't see this type of line in any other report.
