You actually can't, not directly, because .jpg is not a multipage format. There's the Office Document Imaging or something, that came with Office 2003 and installed as a printer driver, you may "print" via that and have a result in a (probably multipage) .tiff file. You may save the first page of that tiff into a jpg - or any other page, one at a time.
