You are right, my format mask is "big", e.g. "9,999,999.99". Since it never caused a problem with previewing or printing reports, I didn't think it was a problem. And it is never a problem when converting report to PDF using "old" syntax of XFRX.

Now my dilemma is that I can't increase the width of the control in the report because of limited space. But I will try to reduce the format mask to see if this will make a difference.
