Probably could, but I went into perforce settings and it seems it is not pointing to this folder for temp files creation anyway. But the setting was in short file name, I just reselected the temp folder it was pointing to and now the path is in long file names, probably due to short file names it was failing and the tried to use the default temp folder path.
