First of all let me thanks you for your help.

I am talking about a Windows Application. I am working with VS 2008 and C#.

I can upload my win app to a web server in two ways: 1)The App is available online only (so the app can be run but not installed locally) 2)The App is vailable online and offline then the application is installed after downloaded and then can be run locally.

For doing that I just right click on the project and choose publish.

As I said this process works fine whan I have the MM Dlls already installed and that happnes obecasue I am not including MM assemblies.
