We use an RTF control placed in a VFP form to allow users to View/Edit the system's help. The RTF control is simply bound to the Help table's Hlp_Content field via the RTF control's ControlSource property.

All fomratting (bold, underline, font, strike thru, etc.) is handled by the RTF control and saved to the table. Works well and is very easy to implement.
