Than you got a problem. 64-bit applications cannot acces 32-bit ODBC drivers or OLE DB providers.
For 32-bit applications you have to use the ODBC Data Source Administrator for the 32-bit ODBC drivers C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe.
