Yes, in VFP3 you will always see initial Fox screen. You can remove menu items by SYSMENU=OFF in config.fpw. But, if you want to remove screen itself, the only way is to create shortcut and 'Start as Minimized', then issue _SCREEN>WindowState=2 in code.
