ROFL: I was just randomly thinking about this the other day. Except for the animation stuff, all other language elements necessary are there. I suppose that one could write a strategic wargame or simulation game that was not motion intensive.
Dragan Nedeljkovic has written something in VFP...you might want to contact him (he's on the UT frequently)
