Just to add to your knowledge, SDF is Standard Data Format and it referes to a text file with fixed length fields in it. Your example file would look like this in SDF format;

ABC3333 23
FDJFDDF 0
HFHFF   5

and you would need to create a dbf that had;

CharFld C(8)
NumFld  N(2)
