I'm not sure what you mean by '2 records in same page.' However, to print in color depending on the value (or a calculation), create two objects for the same field and stack them on top of each other (you can put them side by side for testing and then move them on top of each other for live) and change the font forecolor. Then control whether or not each prints using the print when condition (see that tab of the control under its properties).
