I am using on all forms only the current record selected that will need to be "moved" and updated 1 record at a time. I hope this helps and I greatly appreciate everyones help and input, when I deliver this program I am definitely becoming a member.

Also is there a way with the combo/text boxes to have the data be able to be selected and then autofill the corresponding field, for instance combo box produxctid and text box productname where productname would autofill from the same lookup table
