I am probably missing something, but when I run the "Jump Start" application it does let me navigate to and change multiple records before saving.

For example, I select the customer 'PICCO' using the customer picker. The gridview then displays 10 orders for that customer. I can select the 'Properties' tab make changes to fields, then I select the 'List' tab and navigate to a new order and make changes again without having saved.

When I use the navigation tool bar to navigate after making a change, it does ask me if I want to save or cancel, but it only does so after I have successfully moved off of the changed record.
