>Anyone seeing any problems with VFP and WinXP SP3?>>Russell Campbell
I'll be careful with it. I won't install it because SP2 has been working pretty well for me and I have'nt heard any complaints from my customers.
When I hear complaints then I'll see if it's REALLY needed. I just got off a scary episode with SP1 on Vista.
MS has been giving us hints that VFP's days were counted. Still many didn't listened and kept using VFP for their projects. MS released a questionable SP2 for VFP.
MS wanted to retire XP. Too many users see Vista as a flop. So users keeps on using XP. MS postponed its official retirement. Still users are resisting going to Vista.
Will SP3 for XP will be the same as for SP2 for VFP. A torturous adventure <g>
Stay tuned for the next episode of days of our lives.
