Which one?
If you used "Play an AVI file in an ActiveX control" sample take a look in Done Event of the VCR control.
*** OLE Control Event ***
LPARAMETERS notifycode

*!* If we are done playing the AVI, then loop
*!* Back to the beginning and start playing it again.
IF notifycode = 1
   This.Object.From = 0
   This.Object.Command = "SEEK"
   This.Object.Command = "PLAY"
ENDIF
So that is your event to check when the movie is finished
*** OLE Control Event ***
LPARAMETERS notifycode

IF notifycode = 1
   DO FORM .....
ENDIF
