Just keep in mind that the last ODBC driver for VFP was for VFP6.
If you use newly introduced types as AUTOINC, BLOB, varchar your user will get error.
I saw somewhere (Unfortunately I can't remember right now) some 3th party ODBC for VFP. The company claims that it works woth VFP9, but I never tested it though.
