>>Recently, something new has occurred. If I compile our application (this only happens to one of the many) and then attempt to run it outside of the IDE, the application fails to start. It is worse then it appears, it does not even try to start. The icon flashes on the double-click but nothing happens.

Up until a few days ago the application has ran fine. The application run on most installations, but on a few this problem occurs. If I grab the EXE that is used in the installation and place it manually on their machine the problem goes away. But this is unaccessible. It must be apart of the normal installation procedure. The update installation procedure involves a RAR archive file. Can the RAR unzip operation corrupt the application?
