Unfortunately, the Object Test Bench is at times unstable with VB .NET. For whatever reason, it works much better with C#. This is a Visual Studio issue that has been reported to Microsoft. Ultimately, for the sake of VB .NET developers we may remove the instructions for using the Object Test Bench.
