Unless you mean that Iran points to the west as evil because of their sex morale (I've not seen them do that though..), I don't see your point.
Replace Theheran with Washington DC, Iran with USA and please tell me the difference.

I was suprised that there are voices in Iran to accept prostitution as fact and legalise it.

I see a lot of simularities with the US, esspecially if you look back a few decades: The struggle with prostitution, people in higher positions being fired when caught in a sex scandal. The overall hypocritism when it comes to sex. Even today, if it was up to certain religious groups in your country this article could have been written about a place somewhere in the US.

And above all, don't forget people are people and their needs, instincts, desires etc are about all the same for all people in the world. This is regardless of the country they live in, their religion or status.
