Why not just use INNER JOIN myTabl2 on MyTable.IntField1 = myTable2.IntField1 and myTable.IntField2 = myTable.IntField2?

In other words, simple AND condition would be much better if you have indexes on each of integer fields.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
