You mean Congress?

Because Congress acted on it. Rather poorly, but there you have it.

The point is the war was Wolfowitz's idea.

It was about a bold liberal notion.

Maybe Bush and Rumsfield were on it from they get go, and they conned America.

Or maybe Wolfowitz conned them, and which in turn conned America.

But in any case, he got us to do something remarkable that none of us had (or some today even have) even the faintest idea could be done, something much too selfless and compassionate than we are inclined to be by nature.

Look at John Harvey.

They played on his racism to get him to support do something that eventually liberates brown people.

That's classic.

Then you weren't clever enough to succeed.

You should con more influential people, like Wolfowitz did.
