First you need to install a Client from Oracle including the Windows Interfaces component (only done on a Custom Client install). Then you can use the ORacle ODBC driver or the Microsoft ODBC for Oracle driver that is typically installed with the MDAC kits (Microsoft Data Access Components) I think.
Create a DSN found in the ODBC Data Sources under Administrative Tools. I also think I have an ODBC file in the UT downloads here that I developed for connecting using VFP.
What dev tool are you going to use to connect to Oracle with?
