You can do this via SQL Server Management Studio. Right-click on the Database, select Tasks, then Generate Scripts. A wizard will open, select the database, hit next, select whatever options you want, click next and check the option to just generate Stored Procs. Select the procs. you want (or all of them), and save it. Then rerun this script on your other database.
