I logged into her system this morning and this is the scoop....
Yesterday, the tech from Epic, who is the internet site they do business with and download the reports, analyzed her PC (the NEW one, which replaced an older PC) and did not see any problem. She already had the newest Adobe Reader installed yesterday earlier. So he could not fix her PC to show the report.
But he logged into another PC (one of the older ones there), and installed Adobe Reader on it, and it worked fine and showed the internet report.
So, something is lacking on the NEW pc which replaced an older one.
Here is what I saw between the two PC...
NEW PC (BAD one)

Both have 8.1.2 Adobe Reader
So, the main difference I saw is that the OLDER PC has XML 6.0 installed, and the NEW PC does not have any XML installed.
Could that be the problem?
