Pretty cool and very interesting. Perhaps you should have the map populate gradually - earliest to latest. It took an uncomfortable amount of time to show residential burglaries.

Is there no interest in letting the user decide how long a time frame to see? What about specific communities or precincts?

I certainly would be interested to see that for the Toronto area. :)
