Looks sharp, John! I like it. Here are a few comments based on poking around for about 10 minutes ---

It took a long time for the Google map to build after clicking the "Last 50 Reports" link. Maybe it caught my DSL connection at a bad moment or maybe it is just a lot of data to push down the wire. Maybe display the grid list initially, with an option to display the map? (UPDATE: I think Google Maps is time consuming, it wasn't just bad luck. It also took 10 seconds or so to redraw the map when I clicked Firefox's back button).

The Courts link is initially confusing. (Someone else's site, I think). It's not apparent what to do.

The "Report a Crime" link has some display issues under Firefox. Nothing horrible, just overlapping fields.

The "RTCC Live Cams" link goes to the Memphis PD home page.

The "Check Items for Stolen" (word choice?) link goes to the MPD's CyberWatch page.

Great job. I can see it was a lot of work.
