Jim Haentzschel wrote an article in the March 1996 Fox Advisor about how to use the fox report writer and a DDE to automatically send faxes. I modified the system where I create a phone number file showing the phone number of the receiver, and the document number to be faxed. I create the fax in Fox 2.6a report writer and give it a unique file number (which is included in the phone number file. This file is then called up whenever (at night or remotely) and run. The DDE brings up WinFax and away it goes. Works Well. Refer to WinFax manual and Fox Advisor article for details. Good Luck
