As I stated before, there are many possibilities, and most likely it was for multiple reasons. We do not know which one(s) precisely. You cannot claim the paper is accurate or alone in its accuracy. You do not know. You do not have proof. It may be relevant and it may simply not have been a major factor, or it may have been one of many.

You are choosing your truth for yourself. That does not make it so. Those reasons may have been taken into consideration or not. I am sure they were. However, you cannot rule out any others. The reasons in the paper do not negate or disprove any others.

I did not argue for it or against it because there is no supporting evidence for any of the possible reasons at this point. Nothing has ruled any of the possibilities out. I was not privy to the councils that took place, nor were you.
