You've got your steps out of order there, don't you? Wouldn't it be necessary to change the laws first, then throw out the children of illegals who are themselves living here legally? I assume you do still believe in the force of law, including those you may not agree with. If you don't like a law and want to work to change it, fine, but we can't simply disregard those laws. Not unless we want to embrace anarchy and a return to frontier justice.

This is leaving aside the complete impracticality (impossibility?) of evicting 12 million people. I am curious what you picture there -- some sort of Blade Runner future where the unwanted are identified, tracked, and terminated? Maybe you picture yourself as Rick Deckard ;-)
